What is LawyerLoop AI™?
LawyerLoop AI™ is the Human Application Layer for Legal AI: a network of verified solo and small-firm lawyers that legal tech companies can reach through an API when they want to put their products in clients' hands. Solo and small firms can work faster and cheaper with legal tech, most of it AI, but they need the right tools. Legal tech companies supply them, and to serve clients directly they need real human lawyers.
What does joining mean?
Joining tells legal tech companies that you are interested in engagements from them. You are never required to accept any offer or any work, and membership does not guarantee engagements.
Who wins?
Lawyers get clients from legal tech companies and bill their own clients. Legal tech companies get their products into the hands of lawyers and their clients while improving them. LawyerLoop AI™ earns from legal tech companies that pay for API access, not from your fees.
Why is it free?
Because legal tech companies pay for access to the network. Lawyers pay nothing to join or to be found.
Why do I have to verify?
So legal tech companies can trust that every lawyer in the network is real and licensed. We check your identity once with a photo ID and selfie, and your licence with each state's official source. Only the states that pass are shown to companies, and licences are re-checked regularly.
How does LawyerLoop AI™ make money?
Legal tech companies pay for access to an API that lets them search the network by state, practice area and tools, and send offers to lawyers. Not from lawyers, and not from your legal fees.
What can legal tech companies see about me?
Today, nothing about you individually: the API is still in development, and the public site shows aggregate figures only. When the API launches, companies will see counts and anonymous match IDs, never your name. If you accept a company's offer, it learns your name, firm and the states where you are verified, and we introduce you by email. Your direct contact details are not shared automatically.
Do I have to take any work?
No. You accept or decline each offer, and you can pause offers or leave at any time.
Where can I read the agreement?
In step 2 of joining, before you finish. The contract terms are shown to lawyers who sign up.
What happens to my client information?
Client matter content is only used through a legal tech company's own platform, and only with the client's informed consent collected at that company's intake. LawyerLoop AI™ does not store client matter content.
What if you sell the company?
The membership agreement can transfer to the buyer. We will tell you by email if that happens.
